San Francisco is pretty high up the crime stats list too, yet is the number 1 tourist destination in America. In doing this, there is a process that has to be followed. For Oakland, it means not acting until the Monarchs are clearly in trouble and the Kings are ready to give them up. For San Jose, it means prepping the site and proposal until it's time to present it. When it comes to hoops, San Jose's not going to pursue the 8,000/game property first. They're going after the 17,000/game property first.
